Dr Robin Joseph | Founder and Medical Director
Dr Robin Joseph MRCGP MBBCH BSc is a highly qualified General Practitioner and aesthetic doctor, registered with the General Medical Council. He studied Medicine at Cardiff University following a degree in Biology at Imperial College London, bringing both a strong scientific grounding and extensive medical training to his aesthetics practice. Robin's aesthetic training has been primarily conducted through Derma Medical, a world-leading aesthetic training institution, and includes Foundation, Advanced and Masterclass courses.
Robin’s focus is on delivering the highest standards of care and clinical excellence, guided by a thoughtful approach that blends medical precision, aesthetic insight, and an eye for natural balance. His ethos of subtle enhancement achieves results that are refreshing and restorative, enabling patients to have a renewed sense of self that endures beyond the treatment room.
Karen Joseph | Co-Founder and Director
Karen Joseph brings over a decade of experience in healthcare market research, where she previously worked as a Research Director. With a Master’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology (MBiol) from the University of Bath, she has a strong scientific background alongside a passion for creating meaningful, positive experiences for patients.
Drawing on her understanding of both people and process, Karen ensures the patient journey at Aestheta feels considered at every step. Her thoughtful approach turns clinical insight into reassuring, easy-to-grasp guidance, enabling patients to feel confident and well-informed throughout. From first consultation to follow-up care, she creates an experience that feels seamless and personal, with results that are subtly transformative and beautifully individual.
